Once an order is placed on Only4ever, it can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before it is shipped, whichever comes first. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible due to the sensitive nature of perfumes and packaging safety standards.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, opened, used, or tampered perfume products cannot be cancelled. Limited-edition fragrances, promotional bundles, and customized gift packs are also non-cancellable once confirmed.

To cancel your order, contact our support team with your Order ID via email or customer support within the allowed time frame. Once approved, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method as per our refund policy.
