We understand sometimes a fragrance while delivering gets damaged. You can return any unopened and unused perfumes within 7 days of delivery to the registered address from any courier company you like, refund or exchange will be initiated only after the courier is received and checked at the registered office, please note that no refund will be provided for the return courier charges.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund within 3–5 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
